Join us at the Pierre Berton Resource Library (Vaughan) for a 4-week pilot Debate Club designed for students in grades 6–12. Running from May 4th to May 21st, this program features weekly 90-minute sessions where students will learn, practice, and refine their debating skills in a fun and supportive environment.
 

Participants will get a hands-on introduction to our debate program, building confidence in public speaking, critical thinking, and argumentation. This pilot is designed not just to teach debate, but to empower students to bring these skills back to their schools and help grow debate communities of their own.
